Spring Interactive API Documentation

Test our API services using I/O Docs. You can also view our documentation here.

The Public API is made up of three datasets: Agent (contact info and photos), Office (name, location, and contact info), Listing (property search and detail info). Results are returned using RESO data dictionary standards.

The Protected API is used to gain access to user data using OAuth2 authentication and authorization. This API gives access to user collections, agent listings, and off-market searches for the Professional. Currently supporting the OAuth2 Implicit flow.

The Sandbox Protected API is used to gain access to user data using OAuth2 authentication and authorization. This API gives access to user collections, agent listings, and off-market searches for the Professional. Currently supporting the OAuth2 Implicit flow. Sandbox users may have different login credentials than production.

The Sandbox Public API is a self-contained non-production environment where developers can test API calls. Like the production version, it is made up of three datasets: Agent (contact info and photos), Office (name, location, and contact info), Listing (property search and detail info). Results are returned using RESO data dictionary standards.
